Overview

SizeDrop Web is a product of Synvera Creations, hosted at synvera-creations.com/sizedrop/. It offers image compression, resizing, format conversion, cropping, rotation, watermarking and batch processing, plus video processing and GIF creation where browser capabilities support them. It does not require an account.

Your media files

Files you select, drop or paste are processed locally in your browser by client-side JavaScript and browser media APIs. The supplied web application does not transmit your media to a SizeDrop server for processing.

Originals and outputs remain in the current browser tab while you work. Output previews use temporary browser object URLs. Files are no longer accessible through the app when you clear them, switch tools or close/reload the tab. Downloaded files may remain on your device, in your browser's download list, or in your operating system's files application.

Browser storage

SizeDrop Web does not keep a persistent history of processed images or videos. It uses localStorage to remember language and light/dark theme preferences. This version also attempts to delete the legacy IndexedDB export history created by older releases. If another old SizeDrop tab has the database open, the deletion may finish only after that tab closes. A service worker may cache only the site's public code, translation files and branding assets to help the website reopen offline; it does not cache selected media or exports. Your browser may separately manage cache, session data, downloads and visited URLs.

Third parties

Temporary editorial photos used in this design load from Unsplash. Your browser may send standard request data, including IP address and user-agent information, to the image host when those placeholders load. The included website code does not include analytics trackers, advertising SDKs or media-processing cloud services. Your hosting provider may maintain standard access logs independently.

Security and limitations

Local processing reduces the need to share files with a remote server, but cannot guarantee security if the browser, device, browser extensions or network environment have been compromised. Video formats, output quality, audio handling, memory usage and export support vary by browser and device. SizeDrop does not promise secure erasure of originals or downloaded files.

Children

The web studio does not provide user accounts or deliberately solicit personal information from children through its media-processing tools.

Policy changes

If the website introduces analytics, external processing, new storage behavior or another material change, this policy should be reviewed and updated accordingly. This statement describes the web application and does not replace the separate privacy policy for the Android app.
